Empowering students to unlock their creative confidence and solve real-world challenges through design thinking.

Let Out Your Creativity is an educational programme designed to help participants, particularly students in schools, unlock their creative potential and develop the confidence to address real-world problems. Guided by the EDIT Design Thinking® Methodology, the programme offers immersive learning journeys that encourage participants to step out of their comfort zones, explore diverse perspectives, and embrace design thinking as a practical tool for problem-solving and innovation.

Through these enriching experiences, participants cultivate empathy, curiosity, and the skills needed to turn ideas into meaningful impact within their communities and beyond. As the approved Learning by Design industry partner of DesignSingapore Council, Creativeans brings its expertise in design thinking and creative facilitation to shape transformative programmes that inspire students to think boldly, collaborate actively, and become future-ready changemakers.

Through Design Studio Visits and Thematic Learning Journeys, students gained a practical, human-centred perspective that extended beyond classroom theory, while exploring key themes such as Sustainability, Culture, and Community.

{ Action Learning }

Let Out Your Creativity with Sembawang Secondary School successfully impacted 63 students across 3 batches.

The programme was conducted in diverse groups, comprising participants from various classes, ages, and ethnicities. This collaborative environment, often absent from contemporary school settings, effectively enabled participants to overcome their differences and work together cohesively – further nurturing their learning experience with unity and teamwork.

The structured action learning methodology employed in each class session, coupled with close facilitation and guidance provided by our instructors, played a pivotal role in steering the students’ learning trajectory. Moreover, providing tools and templates (e.g., empathy map, how might we, idea dice, random images/words, etc.) have allowed students to utilise design thinking concepts adeptly.
