Mascot Enterprise is a Singapore-based mascot manufacturer company serving clients from MNCs and companies, government and organisations, and theme parks.

Mascot Enterprise creates innovative, high-quality mascots with durable materials, strong craftsmanship and a confident can-do approach. With an in-house production facility, the brand provides a complete one-stop solution, covering mascot advice, conceptualisation, production, application, merchandising, maintenance and storage, making the mascot process seamless for clients.

As Mascot Enterprise grew, it needed a refreshed brand image that reflected its innovation, expertise and leadership in mascot making. We worked closely with the team to develop a cohesive identity centred on its brand ethos: Making WOW Experiences.

Mascot Enterprise was also awarded at the Indigo Design Award 2024, winning Gold in Character Design, Silver in UX, Interface & Navigation, and Bronze in Branding for Services. View the award here.

By strengthening its experiential attributes across communications, offerings and touchpoints, the refreshed positioning helps Mascot Enterprise build stronger client connection, greater brand recall and long-term brand stickiness.

{ Brand Identity }

Bringing Mascot Enterprise’s “Making WOW Experiences” to life through a magical and playful identity.

We developed Mascot Enterprise’s brand identity around the idea of a magical “poof”, symbolising the brand’s can-do spirit and ability to turn imaginative mascot ideas into reality. The playful typography and fluid visual system reflect the brand’s flexibility, friendliness and expertise in bridging 2D concepts, 3D production and real-world mascot experiences.

To further extend the identity, we introduced Puffy and Poofy, two approachable mascots that embody the brand’s joyful and imaginative personality. Together, they help express Mascot Enterprise’s commitment to creating memorable, enchanting and extraordinary brand experiences.

Extending Mascot Enterprise’s WOW experience across every brand touchpoint.

Mascot Enterprise engages clientele in both digital and physical realms, we created various touchpoints collaterals that seamlessly integrate the company’s new brand positioning and identity. These touchpoints encompass business card, website, packaging, vehicle decal, virtual showroom, and more.

These touchpoints are crucial in establishing a cohesive and uniform brand experience for Mascot Enterprise’s customers. When coupled with the company’s fresh colour palette and graphic identity, this diverse array of touchpoints showcases the adaptability of the visual style in actively communicating the brand’s message of “Making WOW Experiences”.
