The Organisation Transformation Grant (OTG) by the National Heritage Board (NHB) supports heritage businesses and organisations in developing transformative and innovative initiatives that strengthen their long-term sustainability and viability.
From new products and improved business processes to rebranding, digital transformation and marketing, OTG helps heritage businesses evolve while continuing to build on their heritage foundations. National Heritage Board

01Define the project scope, transformation goals, budget, quotations and supporting documents.
02Submit the completed application using your organisation's valid Corppass account.
03Shortlisted applicants attend a 30–45 minute online interview with the OTG Secretariat.
04NHB evaluates the project's transformation value, ability to deliver and proposed budget.
05Successful applicants accept the Letter of Award and receive the applicable first instalment.
06Complete the approved transformation project and submit the required project reports and deliverables.
07Submit the required financial documents for assessment and release of the remaining grant.

OTG is a competitive grant. NHB assesses applications based on the project’s transformation and innovation value, the applicant’s ability and commitment to deliver the proposed project, and whether the proposed budget is realistic and well supported.




Enterprise Development Grant
For projects that upgrade your business, build innovation capability, or take you into new markets. Funds qualifying third-party consultancy, software, equipment, and internal manpower costs. Up to 50% support for SMEs.

Double Tax Deduction for Internationalisation
A tax incentive, not a grant. Lets eligible Singapore companies deduct 200% of qualifying expenses incurred for internationalisation activities, against taxable income. Administered by IRAS and EnterpriseSG.
