We partnered with R Volantis to craft a distinctive skybar brand experience, translating a celestial and marine-inspired narrative into a refined visual identity across physical and digital touchpoints.

Positioned as a premium skybar and lifestyle destination in BSD City, R Volantis required more than a visual identity. The challenge was to bring an abstract, mythological concept to life in a way that feels immersive, cohesive, and relevant to modern audiences, while establishing a strong and memorable brand presence in a competitive F&B landscape.

We developed a comprehensive brand system that transforms celestial and marine mythology into a cohesive visual language. From brand positioning to graphic expression and key applications, every element was designed to create a seamless and elevated experience. The result is a refined and expressive identity that enhances customer engagement and delivers a consistent brand journey across all touchpoints.

{ Brand Naming }

We developed the brand naming and logo design for R Volantis, creating a distinctive skybar identity that feels refined, memorable, and experiential.

The Volantis Manta was subtly integrated into the “R” and “V” letterforms, forming a unique visual signature for the brand. This gives the identity a stronger sense of ownership while making the logotype more distinctive.

The modern serif logotype and degree symbol reference the rooftop setting and hospitality context. Together, they reinforce R Volantis as a refined skybar brand with a premium and memorable guest experience.

We designed a sophisticated brand identity for R Volantis, expressing movement, elegance, and celestial energy through a refined visual system.

The identity was built around a considered typography system and expressive graphic language. Red Rose, Unbounded, and Bricolage Grotesque were selected to balance clarity, elegance, and readability across both digital and print applications.

Inspired by celestial elements such as shooting stars and cosmic motion, the visual system supports R Volantis’ premium skybar and hospitality experience. The result is an identity that feels refined, immersive, and aligned with its elevated guest environment.

{ Brand Touchpoints }

The R Volantis identity was applied across key spatial and communication touchpoints, including signage, bar counters, printed materials, uniforms, and digital platforms.

Within the physical space, atmospheric lighting, reflective surfaces, and  textured finishes inspired by rock formations and marine elements were designed to enhance the celestial ambience. Graphic elements, iconography, and visual accents were integrated into interiors and brand materials to reinforce the narrative.

Together, these applications create a cohesive and immersive environment that delivers a consistent brand experience across both physical and digital interactions.

We created a comprehensive brand rollout system for R Volantis, ensuring every physical and digital touchpoint feels premium, consistent, and immersive.

The rollout was guided by a detailed brand guideline that defines the use of logo, colour palette, typography, graphic system, imagery style, and spatial applications. This ensures every brand expression aligns with R Volantis’ premium positioning and celestial narrative.

As R Volantis establishes its presence as a leading skybar and restaurant in BSD City, the guideline serves as a key reference for internal teams and external partners. The result is a cohesive brand communication system that strengthens recognition and delivers a refined guest experience.

When the client came to us with an open brief to design the tallest sky bar in BSD City, we saw an opportunity to redefine what experiential dining could be. Through immersive brand storytelling and spatial design, we crafted a magical journey for guests, one that weaves through mythology and wonder to entertain, surprise, and thrill.
