In today’s competitive landscape, Singapore companies that thrive are those with strong business foundations, innovative strategies, and a growing overseas presence. For businesses seeking financial assistance, the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) provides a powerful solution among the various SME grants available in Singapore.

{ What is EDG? }
The Enterprise Development Grant is administered by Enterprise Singapore. It supports projects that strengthen business foundations, drive innovation and productivity, or open new markets overseas. EDG funds qualifying costs — third-party consultancy fees, software and equipment, and internal manpower costs related to the project.
Local SMEs can receive up to 50% support on eligible costs. Sustainability-related projects under the Enterprise Sustainability Programme are supported up to 70%.
Important: EnterpriseSG has announced that a new grant, EDGE, will launch in the second half of 2026. Existing grants including EDG remain accessible until launch.
