Up to 80% Subsidy to Improve Your Customer Experience

User Journey Mapping Grant (EDG)

Singapore-based companies can tap on DesignSingapore and Enterprise Singapore’s EDG grant to develop a User Journey Map and Service Blueprint. The grant subsidies 80% of the total project cost.

The Design for Business scheme gives SMEs an overview to the practice of improving customer experiences by better understanding how their customers interact with their products, services and processes.

EDG for User Journey Mapping

Everyday your customers are embarking on a journey with your brand. As the saying goes “Put yourself in someone’s shoes, and see how it feels”, the best way to learn about your customers and their perception of your brand is to understand and empathise with their perspectives, actions and point of view.

User Journey Mapping is a vital, customer-centric methodology that allows you to look through your customers’ eyes. We will map an end-to-end Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprint to help you identify areas of improvement in your customer, products and employee experience.
